We collaborate directly with expo’s and trade shows to make Expo Spot the official app for the event. Vendors will then receive a signup link as part of the Expo preparation process. Once they sign up for a vendor profile, and mark their location on the expo map they will be able to purchase advertising, promotions, and view insights. Vendors who don’t sign up will have a default vendor profile as dictated by the event.
A week before the event, attendees will receive a download link. They will download the white labeled expo app. They will be able to view the expo schedule, map, and any other info the expo desires before the event begins. During this period attendees can sign up to see speakers, participate in demos, and view vendor profiles.
During the event, attendees will be able to use the interactive map to navigate the venue. The vendor list is sorted by proximity, and once the user is within 5ft of a vendor’s table, the vendor’s profile will automatically open. Gone are the days of collecting a ton of paper and business cards from each booth. All the vendor’s fliers, contact info, and marketing materials will be accessible by the user. The user can interact using the vendor’s profile, and even bookmark it to view later. During and after the event, vendors and the expo will be able to log in to the admin console and view insights and analytics.
